随着“双碳”政策的提出,如何通过配电网规划设计减少碳排放成为当前研究的热点。针对当前配电网规划模型中缺乏考虑碳排放影响的问题,建立起考虑碳交易市场的配电网多阶段双层扩展规划。模型的规划层考虑了变电站、网架以及分布式电源的规划,运行层考虑规划网架最优运行方式下的运行成本、发电成本以及碳排放成本,然后采用现代Benders分解对构建的混合整数线性规划模型进行求解。最后,将提出的算法模型应用于一个典型的24节点配电网规划算例进行分析。在满足低碳目标的前提下,所提方法能够有效降低配电网规划的综合成本,倾向于建设更高比例可再生能源的配电网。 |

Abstract: |
With the proposition of a “double-carbon” policy, how to reduce carbon emission through distribution network planning has become a research hotspot. Existing distribution network planning models do not consider the effect of carbon emission. To tackle this issue, a multi-stage bilevel expansion planning of a distribution network considering the carbon trading market is established. The planning layer of the model considers the planning of substations, network and DGs. The operation layer of the model considers the optimal operational strategies of the planning scheme and their operation, generation and carbon emission costs. Then, a proposed mixed integer linear programming model is analysed by modern Benders decomposition. The proposed method is applied to a typical 24-node distribution network planning case. This shows that it can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of distribution network planning with a low-carbon objective, and is appropriate when building a higher proportion of renewable energy in the distribution network.
